As a one Vodafone Valued Business Partner we have received the below notification for customers:

We have received a number of reports from customers who have been receiving a missed call coming mostly from the number +38681897022 – but other numbers with the last two digits varied have also been used.

The scam sees Irish mobile users receiving one-second calls, or missed calls, from a number that could be mistaken for that of an Irish mobile – but is in fact a premium number in Slovenia.

We would advise customers not to call this number back as they may be charged at a premium rate.

Itomic Voice & Data offices will close at 5.30pm on Friday 21st December 2012 and will re-open on Wednesday 2nd January 2013 at 9am.

Over the Christmas period our support line will be available as per the schedule below:

About the Job
IT Consultant/Field Support Engineer to provide high-level remote and on-site support. Experience of troubleshooting and supporting operating systems and applications in an SME environment. Working as part of services team to provide comprehensive technical support.

Responsibilities:
• Provide project consultancy and onsite troubleshooting for our customers
• Provide support for problem resolution ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction
• To provide support on a variety of technologies both remotely and onsite
• Incident classification, resolution and escalation as appropriate
• Ensure all procedures and processes are maintained
• Deliver solutions to agreed Timelines/Service Level Agreements

Requirements:
• Relevant qualification (MSCE) and 3+ years’ experience
• Office 365 Experience is a definite advantage
• Good knowledge of hardware and associated technologies: Servers, desktop, laptop and printers, Operating systems – Server 2008/Windows 7 and various business applications
• Good knowledge of desktop operating systems
• Knowledge of networking technologies including routers/firewalls

Essential:
• Strong proactive customer service and interpersonal skills
• The ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
• Must have the ability to work independently or a part of a team
• Good troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Previous technical support experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills – fluent English
• Must have full clean driver’s license

NB: This is a full time position

Are you on Office365 and a bit frustrated being asked for a password everytime you login….well here is the resolution to the issue:

1. Open Outlook 2010. Click File>Account Settings>Account Settings.

2. Click the E-mail tab, click the Exchange Online mailbox, click Change…

3. Click More Settings…. Click the Security tab, make sure the Always prompt for logon credentials box is unchecked.
